snapchat geofilters

2 years ago, I began designing Snapchat Geofilters for various conferences, birthdays, shows and Princeton events. The first filter I designed was for the Annual Business Today International Conference and got rejected by Snapchat's guidelines a few times, but eventually made it through.

Now I've designed 50+ filters that have got 500K+ views and 6K+ impressions! Eventually, I set up an order form - feel free to request a filter here.

Last year as an exercise for a design thinking class, I drafted a proposal for a project that was intended to enhance Firestone, one of Princeton's main libraries. Inspired by my work with geofilters, my idea (see below) was to create a way to facilitate engagement and communication between those in and outside of Firestone, enabled by Snapchat. The class voted it to be one of the three ideas to pursue through the semester. Read more here:
